Atrophic Surgical Technique

Our specialized center in Italy, located in Padua, is at the forefront of executing all available implant techniques worldwide. These procedures are personally performed by Professor Roberto Conte, a doctor who, throughout his career, has successfully addressed numerous challenges, rehabilitating both severe atrophies of the upper jaw and the lower jaw. Our center has become a reference point in the implant field, assisting fellow doctors in executing complex surgeries in their practices and rehabilitating a wide range of clinical cases.

We tackle extreme situations, managing severe atrophies and treating patients from around the world who have experienced implant failures or dental implant falls. At our center, we practice techniques for patients with sufficient bone, using the immediate loading dental implant technique on 5/6/7/8/9/10 implants, with the option of provisional and definitive fixed prostheses, with or without a false gum, depending on the doctor’s recommendations and patient preferences.

For more complex cases, we offer the innovative technique of Galileus Cerclage Sinus®, developed and perfected by Professor Roberto Conte. This technique is unique in Italy and represents an advanced solution for atrophic cases in the posterior regions of the upper jaw. Professor Conte, assisted by his specialized team and his trusted prosthetist with over 42 years of experience, crafts handmade and customized dental prostheses to address complex situations, including the use of Galileus Cerclage Sinus®.

For situations with a significant lack of bone, such as extreme atrophies in both the upper jaw and the lower jaw, we apply the technique of basal cortical pterygoid-zygomatic implantology. This technique offers two frontal zygomatic and two posterior pterygoid implants, ensuring robust support for fixed dental prostheses for satisfactory chewing and aesthetics.

In cases of patients with a total lack of bone, we propose the technique of immediate loading implantology without bone. This procedure allows the patient, who has been wearing a removable prosthesis for years, to obtain a fixed immediate dentition in an hour and a half. After 6 months, this provisional prosthesis is replaced with a definitive prosthesis consisting of 14 ceramic teeth, ensuring complete chewing and a high-level aesthetic result.

We are aware that the implant surgery and dental prosthesis you will receive will accompany you for the next 20/30 years. Therefore, if you are a demanding patient seeking the best implant surgery combined with the most advanced global aesthetics, do not hesitate to contact us. Send your CT scan or panoramic X-ray directly to Professor Roberto Conte, who will personally assess your clinical case. Together, we will decide on the best path to effectively and in the patient’s interest resolve the challenges of definitive fixed dental implantology, ensuring high-quality aesthetic and functional results.
